August ’17

August

Hello everyone, I hope that you’re all enjoying your summer. After all, for those of us who like the heat, we have been blessed with enough hot days to enjoy the pool or the beach and work on those tans.

Well, its August, time is flying and so is my fashion flow. We came off of a hot swimwear issue that featured some of the best resort wear designs I have seen in a while. Also, Now that the i-Fashion Resort wear has been hitting the fashion runways of North Carolina, New York, New Jersey and Washington DC, It feels great to take the i-Fashion brand to the next level.

I’ve been asked, what is the theme for this issue,  and my answer is this… WE DON’T DO MONTHLY THEMES. It seems pointless to me to lock our audience into one thing, constantly.. If you want to submit beauty, please submit it. If you want to submit High Fashion editorials or a fashion story, please do. Yes, occasionally we do have specialty issues, like the swim or kids, but for the most part, fashion is the theme. Bring your best work forward and submit it because if you’re going to hang on to it and wait for a THEME… you might get lose your shot.

This issue, I’m so proud of, well I’m proud of every issue, but I’m proud of this one because I got the chance to work with some people that I’ve been wanting to work with for a while. Super model Angelica Guillen-Jimanez, who also wrote some nice articles for i-fashion in the past, graces our cover. Along with designer Vanny Tousignant who came through with several of her new designs and gave us complete artistic creativity. The editorial is AMAZING. Creative and talented photographers like Nina Pak, Alejendra Caccavale & Karl Lee really light up the pages of i-fashion. We also have first time submissions form Alexander Encarnacion, Najo photography & chapter avenue production.

Well, enjoy this issue and as always, thanks for your support.

By the way.. Did you know you can now wear McDonalds….. Lol.. Check out page 40
