In these Guidelines / Terms and Conditions "we" and "us" means i-Fashion Magazine

Digital photos must be high resolution and JPG or TIFF files only. This means 300 dpi at the size to be used. How a photo looks on your monitor screen has little bearing on its usability for print. For this reason we reserve the right to modify or alter images for print layout, in order to ensure aesthetic flow. This includes, but is not limited to, adding borders, cropping, saturating, and brightening the images. Use this formula if you’re not sure: pixels divided by resolution = printable size. Thus, an image of 1600 by 1200 pixels – each divided by 300 dpi – gives a print size of about 5 by 4 inches. That would be just marginally large enough for most article illustrations, but unusable as a spread, centerfold or cover. We prefer photos as large as your camera can take them, so even with 5- or 8-megapixel cameras, shoot at the highest possible resolution. If submitted images do not meet our print specifications, (1) The image may not be used or (2) you give i-Fashion Magazine the right to adapt the images to fit our print specifications. We will not return your photograph to you (edited or non-edited)

March 15th for April 15th Release

June 15th for July 15th Release

The selection process for submitted fashion photography often happens in the month prior to release, right before the deadline when all the content for the issue is ready. We do this in order to be able to see how your fashion photography fits in with the rest of the magazine. If you want to increase your chances of being selected for publication, you should submit your editorial no later than two weeks before the deadline.

Posting your images online before they have been published in i-Fashion Magazine will result in your images not being used or pulled from the issue unless granted permission by i-Fashion Magazine.

If you are under 16 you must check that your parent or guardian is happy for you to submit your picture. You must provide your name, age, address and the name, contact telephone number and email address of your parent or guardian. We require the consent in writing (which may include e-mail) of the parent or guardian of the author of a photograph who is under 16 years of age in order to publish that photograph and the author's name, age and town or city of residence.

Include the team credits, model's name and agency with your submission on a separate word document, readable PDF or e-mail.  Do not send credits as an image. Please make sure everyone's name is spelled correctly.
When submitting wardrobe credits please be specific. We cannot distinguish "look 1" from "look 5" and so it's best to include a visual example of each look to avoid confusion. Also be as detailed with wardrobe credits as possible (instead of just writing "shirt by designer" write "white linen shirt with red details by designer")

By submitting your photograph for publication you represent and warrant that it is your own original work, is not copied, and does not contain any third-party materials and/or content that you do not have permission to use. You further warrant and represent that your photograph is not obscene, defamatory or in breach of any applicable legislation or regulations. Your name will be published alongside your photograph(s) or graphic, but we may edit or delete any comments which you submit along with your photograph(s) or graphic. We cannot consider photographs submitted on behalf of another person.
