$23–$25/hour + up to $3,000/year in maintenance bonuses + $100/week when on-call
Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Retreat on 6th Apartments in Cedar Rapids.
If you know your way around plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and apartment turns, we want to talk to you.
