Victory Recovery Partners is seeking a per-diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Wellness team in Farmingville, NY. This role provides medical services to patients enrolled in outpatient treatment programs, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.
\n \nVictory Recovery Partners offers Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Behavioral Health, Wellness, and Psychiatry services under one roof. This on-site position requires travel between multiple locations and is scheduled for Mondays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
