We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Sommelier with a strong foundation in both wine and sake to join our team.

Guide guests through our wine and sake selections with confidence and enthusiasm
Recommend thoughtful wine and sake pairings that complement the menu
Maintain and organize wine and sake inventory, storage, and service standards
Assist with beverage purchasing, inventory management, and cellar organization
Help educate and train the service team on wine, sake, and beverage knowledge
Deliver warm, attentive, and memorable guest experiences
Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a fine dining beverage program
Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, vintages, and food pairings
Solid knowledge of sake styles, production methods, serving temperatures, and food pairings
WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, Sake Sommelier, SSI, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required
Excellent communication and hospitality skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
