Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | Expected 40 hours/week | No weekends, holidays, or on-call

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide patient education and home exercise programs
• Oversee patient treatments from start to finish
• Manage approximately 6–9 patients per day in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Work independently to manage patient care
• Document patient care using TruBridge EMR

Required Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with TruBridge EMR
• Familiarity working in a rural or critical access outpatient setting
