Submission Guidelines
When submitting please follow the guidelines outlined on this page. Upon reviewing submissions, i-Fashion Magazine reserves the rights to accept or deny any submission we receive. Submissions are reviewed based on their content, quality, and relevance. I-Fashion Magazine looks to publish ONLY the highest quality work.
Once submitted, you accept all the agreements on this page.
What to Submit
Submitters have the ability to submit an existing series of images that were previously created but not submitted to any other publication or seen on social media. Submitters can also provide a submission proposal which includes a series of images strictly for i-Fashion Magazine.
Anyone is eligible to submit. The submitter must provide information regarding the entire team who worked on the submission. That includes photographer, model, designer or brand photographed, makeup artist, and hair stylist if applicable.
NOTE: All submitters shooting for i-Fashion Magazine are not 100% guaranteed to be featured in an upcoming issue or online feature. Our editorial team reviews every submission and decides if the submission will be used in print or online. I-Fashion Magazine reserves all rights on their selection.
For submission proposals, please provide the following information to be included in the submission form:
- A PDF or MS Word document with 150 – 300 words about the editorial along with the pictures. It could be a story behind the editorial, information about the brand showcased, and/or inspirational article related to the editorial.
- A minimum of six images with 300 dpi.
- Complete team credits.
- Link to website/portfolio / Social Media
Additional Information
- When submitting for the i-Fashion Kids issue, unless i-Fashion conducted the shoot, the submitter or the child’s guardian must provide written consent that the images can be published.
- i-Fashion Magazine does NOT provide free print copies. Currently, the publication is printed exclusively through a Print by Demand Service. We do not pay for submissions and all photoshoot expenses are the responsibility of the team conducting the project.
- Any submissions accepted by i-Fashion Magazine should ONLY be featured with i-Fashion Magazine unless otherwise agreed to. If we learn the submission is featured with another magazine, we will remove your feature. However, you can submit your images to other publications 20 days AFTER they have been published by i-Fashion Magazine.
- Image selection and layout are determined by i-Fashion Magazine. We might not use all images provided.
Article Submissions (800-1200 words)
- Fashion topics: seasonal trends, Fashion Week coverage, indie brands, collection review, fashion designers, styling tips, celebrities interview.
- Beauty: Skincare tips and products, introduction to new brands, hair, and makeup advice.
- Travel-related content: destinations, restaurants and hotel reviews, itineraries.
Benefits
— Your name will be credited along with a link to your website (if you are a blogger/writer).
— You will be provided with a digital PDF of your “featured article” along with the cover of the issue and the table of contents. ( Send an e-mail request to magazine@i-fashionmag.com)
Important Notice
As a contributor, all the images you submit for any issue of i-Fashion Magazine must be copyright free. The submitted works must be all done by yourself and you must be the authentic copyright holder. If whichever submission(s) get involved with any copyright entanglement because of the above, your eligibility will automatically be revoked. You will be responsible for all the legal consequences under all circumstances regardless of i-Fashion Magazine’s awareness or not.
In order to achieve a better page layout design, i-Fashion Magazine also has the right to use, enlarge, reduce and/or crop the original photograph.
